Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Poop Passport you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who may play

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and provide a valid email address, which must be verified before you can play. One account per person.

Fair play

• Claims must be made at the real location. Spoofing GPS, automating the app, using modified clients or exploiting bugs is prohibited.
• Cooldowns, daily limits and proximity checks are enforced by our servers.
• Rewards, experience, coins, badges and collectibles are awarded by us and hold no real-world monetary value.

Safety and respect for places

Play safely. Obey local laws, traffic rules, property rules and posted signs. Only enter venues where you are welcome, never trespass, never play while driving, and respect staff, other patrons and privacy. Do not photograph other people.

Your content

You are responsible for the names, reviews, ratings and other content you submit. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, or that identifies other people without permission. We may remove content and disable accounts that break these rules.

Purchases and ads

• Optional purchases are processed by Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
• Virtual items are a licence to use them in the app; they cannot be cashed out.
• The app may show ads, including optional rewarded ads. Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@pooppassport.fun. We may suspend or close accounts that cheat, abuse others or break these terms.

Availability and liability

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every listed place exists or is accessible. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app, or for anything that happens to you at a physical location.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves; the date above will change. Continued use means you accept the update.
