Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Poop Passport account and its associated data here — from inside the app or from any web browser, even after uninstalling the app.

What gets deleted

• Your login, email address and password
• Profile: royal name, avatar, titles, level and XP
• Claims, visits, passport stamps, badges, missions, streaks and location history
• Comments, ratings, poll votes, friendships, rivalries and blocks
• Coins, drops, cosmetics and entitlements (including purchased items — they are not refundable)
• Notification settings and push tokens, share links and referral records

What we keep, and why

• Google Play purchase records (order ID, product and purchase date) for up to 7 years for tax, accounting, refund and fraud obligations. They are no longer linked to you.
• Thrones you discovered remain on the map because they are public places, but your name and crown are removed from them.
• Reports other players filed about content you posted may be kept for up to 12 months to handle abuse; your own content is deleted.
• An anonymous count that a deletion happened (no identifiers).
• Routine server backups roll over and are fully purged within 30 days.

How long it takes

Self-service deletion completes immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days. You can also delete from inside the app under Settings → Delete my account.
